	Antelope Springs is Utah's 10th longest known cave at about .6 miles. One can drop in with a good rope, but it is safer to rappel in and SRT out. Cave has many structures, plenty of scrambling, long crawls, and lots of climbing. It's entrance is gated to protect from accidents and to preserve the many delicate structures within. 	Antelope Spring Cave is owned and managed by BLM Office in Fillmore, Utah. The cave is closed from April to September to protect a maternity colony of Townsend's big-eared bats. At other times, caving groups meeting certain minimal standards may obtain the key. Arrangements for a key can be made by through the BLM Office in Fillmore, (435) 743-6811. Antelope Springs Cave is located in the Swasey Mountains, approximately 54 miles southwest of Delta, Utah. Take US 6 / 50 going west from Delta for 30 miles to Mile Marker 56. Turn left onto the wide, graded dirt road known as Long Ridge Reservoir Road and marked by the sign for the U-Dig Fossils Quarry. Continue northwest on this road for 20 miles, passing the quarry to a “Y” intersection. Turn left toward Death Canyon and continue south for 0.9 miles to a cattle guard. Pass over the cattle guard and continue as the road turns southwest for another 0.8 miles to a dirt road on the right leading to a small parking area with a sign. Follow the path up the hillside to the easily visible large false entrance. The covered and gated cave entrance is located just above the false entrance.
